Back to School Tip

As the weather cools and kids begin spending more time indoors, it is time to monitor your child's vitamin D intake. Whether by multivitamin or fortified food, adequate vitamin D ensures a healthy immune system and mental acuity. In addition, a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of high quality Cod Liver Oil daily is suggested.
