Dunkin' Donuts to offer healthier menu items

The menu items debuted August 6th and it is anything but healthy. Here are some lowlights:
  • Egg White Veggie Flatbread Sandwich - 680 mg. sodium; Dextrose
  • Egg White Turkey Flatbread Sandwich - 820 mg. sodium; Dextrose; Spice Extract (Monosodium Glutamate)
  • Reduced Fat Blueberry Muffin - 33 grams sugar; High Fructose Corn Syrup; Corn Starch; Maltodextrin; Artificial Flavor; Propylene Glycol
  • Reduced Calorie Berry Smoothie - 41 grams sugar; Modified Food Starch; Artificial Flavor; Caramel Color; Red 40; Blue 1; Yellow 5; Sucralose (Splenda); High Fructose Corn Syrup; Propylene Glycol
  • Multigrain Bagel - 68 grams carbohydrate; High Fructose Corn Syrup
