5 Turkey Day Tips

  1. Use only free range or organic, hormone and antibiotic-free meat and poultry that are NOT self-basting.

  2. Use real ingredients.

  3. Reduce your overall caloric intake by substituting alcohol with sparkling water.

  4. Exercise more leading up to and after Thanksgiving.

  5. Don't force yourself to avoid desired foods during Thanksgiving (unless allergic/intolerant). You'll either be depressed or "pig out" later. Just eat a small portion and chew slowly to savor every morsel.
