Statistically $1 spent on prevention can avoid $9 needed in cure. Prevention utilizing alternative medicine is a core part of wellness. Wellness is a system of interrelated basics. Our physical, mental and overall well-being is based on four interrelated areas: rest & relaxation, environment, nutrition and fitness. These four keys of wellness are not only individually significant, but they are mutually dependent. The objective of physical well-being is to keep these four areas in balance. When all are in harmony, the results can be a dramatic improvement in our quality of life. In today’s home we are facing various environmental and health issues, which can make us sick. The solution is to turn them into Wellness Homes. Any home can be changed to Wellness home, which provides benefits in body and mind for the entire family, and helps us deal successfully with the challenges of modern life by creating an environment that supports family health and happiness.
