Bonnie's Fish-Friendly List

Here is a list of fish that I consider high in omega-3 fats and safe for consumption because of its low mercury content:
  1. Wild Caught Salmon
  2. Sardine
  3. Shad
  4. Trout (feesh water)
  5. mercury-free canned tuna
  6. Mackerel (North Atlantic)
  7. Herring
  8. Whitefish
  9. Flounder/Sole
  10. Pollock
