Why wheat makes you fat
Don't take it from us folks. Preventive Cardiologist Dr. William Davis said it as well. In fact, we could not have said it better ourselves. A client forwarded the following to us.
Many of our clients who go to Europe eat wheat products and do not feel like they do eating wheat products in the U.S. Now, of course, we would never tell a celiac or gluten intolerant person to eat wheat products. However, the wheat is much different over there (much less glutenous and moldy).
I know that countries in Europe have more stringent laws about engineered food products - is the wheat there any better?
